How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle?
A Car (Sedan) carries up to 3 passengers with 2 suitcases, an Innova SUV up to 4 passengers with 4 suitcases, and a Van up to 10 passengers with 10 suitcases. For larger groups, additional vans are added automatically at the booking step.
I am arriving by plane — how does airport pickup work?
Choose your airport as the pickup location, then add your flight number and arrival time in the Special Requests box so your driver knows which flight to expect. Put your hotel name or address in the pickup and drop-off fields and the driver takes you straight to your door.
Can I request a child seat or extra luggage space?
Yes — note any special needs such as a child seat, a stroller or extra luggage in the Special Requests box when you book, and pick a larger vehicle (SUV or van) if your group has a lot of bags. We will do our best to arrange it.
Do you offer one-way and round-trip transfers?
Most transfers are booked one way. Some routes — including day tours that return to your starting point — are offered as round trips, and the return date and time fields appear automatically when you select one. For a return on a standard route, simply book the reverse direction as a second transfer.
