There are three shows a day — at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM — and the venue is closed on Mondays. Please book at least one day in advance, and aim to arrive about 30 minutes before your chosen show. Show timings can change from time to time, so we re-confirm the exact time for your date on WhatsApp before you travel.

How are children charged, and is there an age or height rule?

Children under 90 cm in height enter free but are not given a separate seat. Children between 90 cm and 130 cm are charged at the child rate, and anyone over 130 cm pays the adult rate. For the separate swim-with-a-dolphin add-on, swimmers must be aged 6 and over; children aged 4–5 may take part only when accompanied by a parent who also buys a full-price ticket.
