Sailings leave on a large multi-deck boat from Bali Hai Pier (Pier A) at the southern end of Pattaya, beside Walking Street. You can reach the pier by Grab, taxi, or a southbound Beach Road songthaew (baht bus). Once the boat is moving along the coastline, the buffet opens and the stage show begins, so dinner, the performance, and the view all happen across the same window rather than one after another.
