Where is Elephant Village, and how do we reach it from town?

The village sits in the Nong Prue area on the edge of town, about 20–30 minutes from central Pattaya and Beach Road depending on traffic. A Grab, taxi or songthaew (baht bus) gets you there without trouble. We can also arrange doorstep pickup and drop-off on a paid basis; just ask on WhatsApp.

Is there vegetarian or Indian food nearby?

The on-site café serves snacks and drinks, but not Indian food. Since the visit runs only 2–3 hours, most guests have a full meal before or after at one of Pattaya's many Indian and vegetarian restaurants in town. We are glad to recommend a few near your hotel.

Pattaya Elephant Village is the city's oldest elephant camp, open since 1973. It started as a home for former working elephants, animals that once hauled timber in the region, and now runs as a green, low-key camp on the edge of town where you can see them at close range, take a short trek, and watch a traditional Thai cultural show.
