About this tour
Siam Amazing Park, which opened in 1980 as Siam Park City and was renamed in 2019, is one of the largest combined amusement and water parks in Bangkok. A single ticket covers both the dry rides and the water park for a full day. The rides span gentle carousels through to high-speed roller coasters, so a mixed group of adults and children can split up and regroup easily. Your Trip Dust booking confirms entry, all rides and a buffet lunch in advance, so there is no separate queuing or paying at the gate.
The grounds are divided into 6 themed worlds with more than 30 rides:
- Water World holds the Guinness-record wave pool (certified the world's largest, at roughly 13,600 sq m) along with tube slides such as the Speed Slide and Super Spiral. This zone usually closes earlier than the rest, around 5 PM.
- Xtreme World is where the big thrill rides sit: the Vortex suspended coaster, the Boomerang, the Giant Drop free-fall tower and the spinning Ranger.
- Adventure World runs themed thrill rides and spinners pitched at older children and teens who want speed without the steepest drops.
- Family World keeps things gentle, with a double-decker carousel and tower rides the whole group can ride together.
- Small World is set aside for younger children, with scaled-down rides built for their height.
- Bangkok World, the newer zone by the main entrance, features replicas of well-known Bangkok landmarks and works well for photographs at the start or end of the day.
The layout works for families, couples and groups of friends: most visitors do the dry rides in the cooler morning and move to the water park through the afternoon. Bring swimwear if you plan to use the pools and slides. The site is large and mostly open-air, so comfortable shoes and a willingness to walk between zones make the day easier.

Quick tips for your trip
- When to arrive: Get there near the 10 AM opening, ride the dry attractions while it is cooler, then switch to Water World as the afternoon heat builds. Weekdays draw far smaller crowds than weekends and Thai public holidays.
- What to wear and carry: Closed shoes and comfortable clothes suit the dry rides; swimwear is mandatory for the pools and slides. Pack a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen and a hat, since most of the park is open to the sun.
- For photos: The landmark replicas in Bangkok World near the entrance photograph well, and the wave pool reads best under strong afternoon light. Carry a waterproof pouch if you want to shoot inside Water World.
- Storage: Lockers inside the park hold bags and dry clothes while you are in the water, so you need not keep valuables on you between rides.
- How long to budget: Set aside the full day. Around 5 hours covers the main rides and the water park at an unhurried pace.

Frequently asked questions
-
Can young children and grandparents enjoy the same trip?
Yes. The thrill rides are concentrated in Xtreme World for teens and adults, while Family World and Small World run gentle rides aimed at younger children, and the wave pool works across ages. Grandparents who would rather skip the coasters can sit by the water, catch the shows or walk the Bangkok World landmark zone at their own pace.
-
Is vegetarian or Indian food available?
The buffet lunch in your booking and the restaurants and kiosks around the park cover the main meals. Pure-veg and Indian choices on site are limited, so carry a few snacks if your diet is strict. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirement and we will point you to the closest fit.
-
Where is the park and how long is the drive from central Bangkok?
It sits in the Khan Na Yao district in eastern Bangkok, about an hour from the central districts by car, more in heavy traffic. Hotel pick-up and drop-off can be added for a fee; send your hotel name on WhatsApp and we will confirm the pick-up time and cost.
-
Do I need to bring swimwear for the water park?
Swimwear is compulsory for the slides and the wave pool, so pack a swimsuit, a towel and a change of clothes. Lockers store your belongings and there are changing areas beside Water World.
-
What happens if it rains during the visit?
Light rain rarely stops play, and the water zone in particular keeps running. During heavy rain or thunderstorms, Water World holds some rides briefly for safety and restarts once conditions improve. General hours run 10 AM to 6 PM, with Water World usually closing around 5 PM; we reconfirm the day's timings on WhatsApp before you go.
