Cancellation Policy – Trip Dust

Quick Summary

  • Cancellation: Must be made at least 72 hours before your trip. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • Bookings: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We do not accept last-minute bookings less than 24 hours before the trip.

  • Modifications: Changes to your trip dates are subject to availability and must be requested 72 hours prior.


1. General Policy

At Trip Dust, we take pride in offering competitive travel packages and working with trusted hotel and activity partners across Thailand. As all our bookings are made in advance with fixed arrangements, we offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before your trip. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, the cancellation terms set out below apply.


2. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Please note the following:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the activity, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • These terms apply to all bookings, including:
    • Hotel reservations
    • Tour packages
    • Sightseeing activities
    • Transfers and transportation
    • Visa services and related add-ons
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services or last-minute changes to the itinerary.

3. Modifications

We understand that plans can change. While refunds are not possible, we may assist with rescheduling or modifying bookings, depending on availability and approval from our local partners. However:

  • Changes are not guaranteed.
  • Additional fees may apply.
  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the original travel date.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:

  • Trip cancellation by Trip Dust due to force majeure or operational issues.
  • In such cases, a partial refund or future travel credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Agreement to Policy

By confirming a booking with Trip Dust, the customer agrees to this cancellation policy in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this policy before making any payment.
