Booking and Payment<\/h3><ul><li>All bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.<\/li><li>Full payment is required to confirm any booking.<\/li><li>Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3><ul><li><p>All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.<\/p><p>TRIP DUST CO., LTD. acts solely as a booking agent for third-party service providers. We are not<br \/>responsible for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or incident occurring during activities, transportation, or<br \/>tours. Participation is at the customer\u2019s own risk, and all activities are subject to the terms and safety<\/p><p>standards of the respective operators.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. Changes to Bookings<\/h3><ul><li>Changes to booking dates, names, or services may be allowed at our discretion and subject to availability.<\/li><li>Modification fees may apply.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>5. Travel Documents and Visa<\/h3><ul><li>It is the traveler\u2019s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid.<\/li><li>We offer visa assistance but are not liable for any visa denials or delays.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>6. Insurance Recommendation<\/h3><ul><li><strong>We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of baggage, and other travel-related risks.<\/li><li><strong>Trip Dust is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, illness, injury, or death during the trip.<\/strong><\/li><li>In case of medical emergencies or accidents, all costs must be borne by the traveler.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>7. Responsibilities and Liabilities<\/h3><ul><li>We act only as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators).<\/li><li>We are not liable for any delays, changes, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party vendors or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>8. Code of Conduct<\/h3><ul><li>Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully during their trip.<\/li><li>Any misconduct or unlawful activity may result in termination of services without refund.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>9.
